Cha Dao Tea Ceremony
Make it stand out
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Ai-Ling Truong is a student of Cha Dao 'The Way of Tea' - integrating tea into her life as a ritual, for self cultivation, meditation and a plant medicine for the body, mind and spirit. She serves tea ceremony to offer space and time for people to have a meditative experience; cultivate receptivity, inner harmony and awakened presence. Living organic Chinese tea sourced from wild, ancient tea trees will be shared as a plant medicine - nourishing and calming for the nervous system. Tea assists with grounding the spirit and mindfulness. This is an invitation to slow down and take a pause amid the busyness and distractions of modern life. We will sit together in silence, drink a few bowls of tea in the ritual of ceremony, and just be present to meet and receive whatever you need in the moment. There will be a few moments at the end for discussion, reflection and questions. An intimate experience, limited to 10 spots.

Winter Resonance Dunsborough
Rainer Maria Rilke described Winter as a time to tend to inner our inner gardens. Winter is both a beginning and an ending, it’s the perfect time to bunker down and practice stillness.
Join Katie for WINTER RESONANCE, a morning of nourishment and exploration. Winter Resonance is a practice encompassing, Qi Gong Forms and Guided Meditation. These practices have an affinity with TCM and will be oriented around the meridians of the Kidney, Urinary Bladder, and element of Water. In Chinese Medicine theory, there are five natural elements that exist within us, as they do in nature. Each season belongs to a particular element and has unique correspondences. When we study nature’s patterns and cycles, we can learn how to support our own health and stay well year-round. The Water element belongs to the season of Winter. We make our way from the quieter reflective days of Autumn and slow down into the deeper introspection that Winter lends. The Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridian systems belong to the Water element, and they play a very important role in our overall health and wellbeing. The focus of Winter turns to strengthening the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder, gathering inspiration, and to practice that which we observe in nature: slowing down to stillness, so that we can align to our wisdom.
Winter Solstice Resonance
