  • A dynamic and progressive vinyasa style class designed to build heat, strength, and stamina through continuous breath-led movement. Vinyasa is an open level contemporary yoga practice for everyone.

  • Our Breathwork classes are based in the ancient tradition of pranayama, which is a deeply therapeutic approach towards respiratory development, healing, wellness, and spiritual connection through our energetic pathways. Our classes are based around the implementation of breathwork patterns designed to mobilise the diaphragm, creating expansion and an elongation of the breath cycle. Influencing the breath in this way helps to increase supply of oxygen through the body, increasing wellbeing and vitality within. In these classes an emphasis is also placed on using the breath as a focal point to quieten the mental chatter in the mind creating space for clarity and improved ways of thinking.

  • A softer approach to our progressive vinyasa style class designed to soothe the body with a flowing element. You can expect pranayama, myofascial release and/or mobility work. Gentle Flow is an open level contemporary yoga practice for everyone.

  • Mat Pilates classes offer a gentle but challenging workout that targets core muscles while helping to improve posture, alignment, and overall body awareness. You can expect a series of low-impact exercises performed on the mat, focusing on controlled movements and mindful breathing.

  • This is a practice informed by yoga, Chinese medicine and Taoism. Expect deep rest and replenishment through this restorative fascial focused practice. Yin Yoga is a quiet meditative practice, combining long held static floor postures with breath and introspection.

  • Sound meditations are immersive experiences offering a deep sense of relaxation, mindfulness and rest. An array of instruments - including monochord, hand pan, lyre, crystal chalices, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, buffalo/ocean drums, earth/water gongs and chimes, coupled with voice and spoken word - combine to create a soundscape of calm, serenity and peace. A meditative experience of therapeutic sound, designed to rejuvenate, relax and release.
